Atlas School is hosting an Equal Pay Day panel discussion and women's resource fair in partnership with Tulsa Remote & Oklahoma Women in Technology. The event will feature women's community resource tables including OKWIT, Techlahoma, Tulsa League of Women's Voters, YWCA, Take Control Initiative and others, as well as a thoughtful discussion on causes of the gender pay gap, negotiation and transparency, and what Equal Pay Day represents.
